The studio was established with a clear belief: that the most meaningful spaces are those shaped through close collaboration, deep understanding, and an uncompromising attention to detail.

Over the past 11 years, Dimitris, Kate and the studio have had the opportunity to work internationally with a diverse range of private clients, shipyards, and project teams. Our work has been built across seven countries, reflecting both a global outlook and a hands-on approach to complex, highly crafted environments.

At the heart of the studio is experience. Collectively, the team brings over 50 years of in-house expertise, spanning concept design through to delivery. This depth of knowledge has contributed to the completion of more than 2,000 feet of yachts and over 90,000 square feet of private residential property, each project approached with the same care, discretion, and commitment to quality.

The studio remains intentionally focussed, allowing Dimitris and Kate to stay closely involved in every project. This structure ensures continuity from initial conversations through to final execution and allows each design to respond precisely to its context, purpose, and the people who inhabit it.
